Socotraty in Yemen
Yearex Group has officially launched Socotraty, a new specialty coffee and sweets venture, in Yemen. The concept is inspired by the cultural and culinary heritage of Socotra and focuses on offering a selection of coffee blends and traditional Yemeni sweets.
The development of Socotraty involved extensive research into local ingredients and preparation methods to ensure authenticity in both taste and presentation. The menu includes a variety of coffee options, sourced and blended to highlight regional flavors, along with traditional sweets that reflect Yemeni culinary traditions.
The launch received positive feedback from visitors, who welcomed the addition of a concept that highlights local heritage. The project was made possible through the efforts of Yearex Group’s team and in collaboration with various partners who contributed to its planning and execution.
Socotraty is now open to the public, providing a space where guests can experience locally inspired flavors in a carefully designed setting.
